We are hiring for Customer Support role.
Location: Gurugram ( Work from Office )
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
- Provide product info, order updates & after-sales support
- Resolve complaints and ensure timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics & Operations teams
- Maintain accurate records of interactions & follow-ups
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in Customer Service / Support / Care
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools preferred
- Experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, or E-commerce is a plus
- MBA preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
