We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience handling Australian clients and excellent communication skills.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills with a strong Australian accent.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with an Australian company or handling Australian clients.
- Experience in customer support and client coordination.
- Must have experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Comfortable handling client queries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Strong documentation and administrative skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Early morning shift.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle Australian client communication through calls, emails, and chats.
- Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate regarding rental properties, documentation, onboarding, and related processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and perform data entry tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
