ESTA Enterprises is looking for a proactive and experienced MERN Stack Team Lead cum Project Coordinator to lead our development team while ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the MERN Stack development team.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to manage project timelines and requirements.
- Analyze team performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve productivity.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Prepare project status reports and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Act as an Individual Contributor (IC) by developing features, resolving critical issues, and contributing to the codebase whenever required.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proven experience in team leadership and project coordination.
- Excellent project planning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Git, REST APIs, and modern development practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality technical delivery.
