We Are looking from Switchgear, Stamping and Automotive Industry.
5 to 10 Years with Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry.
· Strategic Sourcing.
· Budgeting, costing and implementing cost saving techniques. Develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenditures, analyzing variances, and identifying areas for cost optimization
· Continuously monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks.
· PO approvals, follow-up on deliveries, and managing both regular purchases and subcontracting. All related documentation to be meticulously maintained for efficient record-keeping and future reference.
·Monitoring of purchase process as per Regulatory and statutory Requirements
· Supplier Relationship Management.
· Regular supplier evaluations, monitoring and action plans for continuous improvement.
· Developing strong supplier relationships, negotiate the best prices and terms, and ensure all materials meet our stringent quality standards.
· Negotiate competitive pricing for raw materials, leveraging volume discounts, long-term agreements, and cost-saving opportunities.
· Inventory Management
· Work closely with production and planning teams to forecast demand, plan procurement schedules, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
· Ensuring all material (raw material, sub-contracting material, packaging material) available as per schedule at all times.
· Data Analysis and Reporting
· Responsible for maintaining the accurate and timeliness of all data, in both electronic and physical formats.
· Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing procurement activities, cost savings initiatives, supplier performance metrics, and inventory status.
· Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
· Strong negotiation skills and contract management abilities
· Good communication and interpersonal skills,
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
· Knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
· Inventory management,
· ERP or other relevant system knowledge.
