Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Engineer for a leading industrial equipment company specializing in cranes and hoists. This role involves a mix of technical understanding and sales execution, including both office coordination and field visits to industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector
- Conduct technical presentations and explain crane and hoist specifications
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals
Field Marketing & Client Visits
- Visit factories and industrial sites to understand client requirements
- Recommend suitable crane and hoist solutions
- Build strong relationships with purchase managers, engineers, and decision-makers
Digital Lead Management
- Handle inquiries from B2B platforms like IndiaMart
- Convert leads into business opportunities
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Provide basic post-sales support
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily reports of sales activities and visits
- Share market insights and competitor updates
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial field marketing
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
