Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate prescriptions for accuracy and safety
- Monitor patient drug therapy and detect drug interactions
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and adherence
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical discussions
- Report adverse drug reactions and ensure medication safety
- Assist in inventory management and drug stock control
Qualifications:
- Pharm.D / M.Pharm (Clinical Pharmacy / Pharmacy Practice)
- Registered Pharmacist (State Pharmacy Council)
Experience:
- Freshers with internship experience can apply
- Hospital or clinical experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics
- Excellent communication and counseling skills
- Attention to detail and teamwork
