We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates ( Blue-Collar) while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the offer rollout process.
- Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience
1–2 years (Freshers with strong recruitment internships may also apply).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
