A seasoned and customer-focused,experienced Sales Staff , having product knowledge of electrical goods.Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of electrical products, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive environment. Proven ability to handle sales, manage inventory, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable electrical products (e.g., wiring, switches, fans,etc.).
- Explain product features, benefits, specifications, pricing, and warranties to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and promotions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager or suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Prepare quotations for electrical items as per customer requirements
