Job Title: Junior Network engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and system updates.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory (AD).
- Provide basic support for cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) as per organizational requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity problems.
- Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of firewalls and network security devices.
- Handle and resolve issues through a ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and closures as per SLA.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
