Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Caribbean and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations across time zones
- Provide strategic direction and customized IT solutions to clients
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team to achieve targets
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and drive team productivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience handling international clients and large accounts
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ability to work in night shifts / overlapping time zones
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, etc.) and Products.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
