Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of our academy. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth branch operations.
- Maintain student records, attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation.
- Handle filing, data management, and document organization.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Maintain branch assets and inventory records.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
- Prepare reports, MIS data, and administrative summaries.
- Communicate with students, parents, vendors, and staff professionally.
- Support management in executing administrative and operational tasks.
Compliance & Record Management
- Ensure proper maintenance of company records and confidential documents.
- Maintain admission files, student records, and administrative databases.
- Assist in implementing company policies and operational procedures.
Branch Support
- Support admission and counseling teams with administrative coordination.
- Monitor CRM updates and maintain accurate operational records.
- Assist in onboarding and administrative formalities for new employees.
- Ensure office discipline and adherence to organizational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.

- Basic knowledge of HR and office administration.
- CRM handling experience is an added advantage.
