Asoka Hotel & Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Serve water, menus, and assist guests with menu selections when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the guest's visit.
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area in accordance with hotel standards.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables for incoming guests.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operating procedures at all times.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and memorable dining experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset and professional appearance.
