Job Purpose
To support the smooth functioning of the hotel's Human Resources department by managing recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, training, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations while maintaining hotel service standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, reference checks and joining formalities.
- Maintain manpower status and vacancy reports.
- Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements.
- Build a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
2. Joining & Employee Documentation
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters and other HR documents.
- Ensure proper induction and orientation of new employees.
3. Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor daily attendance, late coming, absenteeism, weekly offs and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance.
- Maintain overtime and incentive records.
- Ensure attendance and payroll data are accurate and submitted on time.
4. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition records.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate induction and departmental training.
- Maintain training calendars and attendance.
- Support service-quality and behavioural training programs.
- Maintain employee training records.
6. Statutory Compliance
- Maintain HR records related to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages and other compliance-related documentation with the concerned team/consultant.
- Ensure required registers and records are properly maintained.
7. Hotel HR Operations
- Coordinate manpower deployment with department heads.
- Support employee accommodation, uniforms, meals and welfare activities where applicable.
- Maintain staff communication and notice-board updates.
- Conduct regular HR rounds and interact with employees.
- Support hotel events, employee activities and celebrations.
Required Skills

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Freshers with relevant hospitality/HR qualification may also be considered.

Pay: ₹11,026.19 - ₹33,131.40 per month
