- Salary Range: - Up to ₹35,000 per month (Highly dependent on your total experience and technical interview)
Key Responsibilities: -
- Preventative & Breakdown Maintenance: Plan and execute scheduled preventive maintenance schedules for all factory electrical assets. Actively troubleshoot and resolve sudden electrical faults or breakdowns to minimize costly downtime.
- Power Distribution & Asset Management: Supervise and maintain high-voltage and low-voltage ($HV/LV$) networks, including distribution transformers, HT/LT motors, switchgears, Power Control Centers (PCC), Motor Control Centers (MCC) panels, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
- Corrosion Mitigation: Implement specialized asset protection protocols for electrical components exposed to highly corrosive salt environments (utilizing proper IP ratings, flameproof enclosures, and anti-corrosive coatings).
- Power Factor & Utility Control: Monitor daily power factor and overall energy consumption metrics. Oversee the routine testing, synchronization, and smooth operations of Diesel Generator (DG) sets during main grid power outages.
- Safety & Statutory Compliance: Ensure total compliance with industrial safety codes, hazardous area classifications, and earthing/lightning protection networks. Coordinate effectively with local electricity boards (such as GETCO/DGVCL) and government electrical inspectors for regulatory audits.
- Inventory & Documentation: Maintain precise shift logs, equipment history cards, calibration records, and trace inventories for critical spare parts to ensure rapid turnaround times.
