Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Fresher to support our sales and business development team. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of IT products/services, and the ability to interact with clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in generating leads and identifying potential clients
- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and meetings
- Explain IT products and services to clients
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
- Maintain customer databases and sales records
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships
- Help achieve sales targets and business growth
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT/software services
- Confidence in client interaction
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree graduation (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or related field)
- Freshers can apply
- Internship or sales experience is a plus
