Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer with strong experience in the CodeIgniter framework to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, writing clean code, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter.
Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to create functional and efficient applications.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases (MySQL, APIs).
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in the CodeIgniter framework.
Strong understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
Good knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with MySQL and writing optimized SQL queries.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Understanding of version control tools like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience with other PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Digital Ocean).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
