Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate and follow up on leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, email, phone calls, and other platforms.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Maintain sales data, customer records, and daily MIS reports.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend customer meetings and coordinate with clients for order closure.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to management.
Required Skills:
- Experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of IndiaMART and TradeIndia lead handling.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, email correspondence, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
- Ability to handle meetings and market visits independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma Holder.
- Experience in Hydraulic Industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler with a valid driving license.
