We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically pleasing residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams from concept to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Create detailed working drawings, including furniture layouts, electrical layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and elevation drawings.
- Select materials, finishes, laminates, veneers, acrylics, hardware, lighting, sanitary fixtures, and furnishings.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and project estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors.
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to design.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.
- Resolve site-related design and execution issues.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
