Job Title: Costing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing Executive to prepare accurate cost estimates for our premium wood window and door solutions. The ideal candidate should have basic technical understanding, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD to interpret architectural drawings and BOQs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations based on architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Review AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and technical documents for costing purposes.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Production teams to ensure accurate project costing.
- Calculate material quantities and prepare detailed cost sheets.
- Maintain costing records and update pricing databases.
- Support the team with revisions, value engineering, and cost optimization.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and costing reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in costing, estimation, or technical support (Freshers may also apply).
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
- Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of doors, windows, fenestration, furniture, wood products, interiors, or construction will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
