Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Pitch company services and products confidently to potential clients.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective B2B clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the BDM to create and execute growth strategies.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and track progress against set targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong pitching, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
Pay: ₹11,529.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month
