Sales Manager – Logistics & Courier Sector
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the logistics and courier sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth, along with deep knowledge of logistics and courier services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients in the courier and logistics domain.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to deliver results.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in logistics, courier, or supply chain industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
