Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organized, clean, and presentable.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate guest appointments and meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Handle basic office management and front-desk administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Highly presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
