Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and administrative responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, documentation management, and maintaining positive employee relations within the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job vacancies on different job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring records.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Explain company policies, rules, and procedures to new employees.
- Coordinate employee induction and training schedules.
Payroll & Salary Process
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify salary data, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Support statutory compliance and payroll documentation.
Employee Relations & Satisfaction
- Maintain healthy employee relations and positive work culture.
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
- Support employee satisfaction and retention initiatives.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Handle joining, resignation, exit, and full & final settlement processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
- Update HR databases and reports regularly.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
