Role: Senior Customer Care ExecutiveProcess: Amazon / E-commerce Customer Support
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer queries related to order status, delivery delays, returns, and refunds.
✅ Resolve customer complaints through chat, email, and calls.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for issue resolution.
✅ Process return, replacement, and refund requests.
✅ Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
✅ Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Excellent problem-solving abilities.
✔ Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
✔ Ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
✔ Customer-centric approach with patience and empathy.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
Prior experience in Customer Support, E-commerce, or Amazon Process preferred.
