*Experience* : 2–5 years (Mandatory: Logistics vehicle placement & team handling experience)
*Compensation* : ₹4.8 LPA to ₹5.0 LPA
*Languages* : Tamil fluency + manageable Hindi
*Team Size* : Lead a high-performing team of 5–6 Traffic Incharges
*Schedule* : 6 days/week (On-site/Field)
Job roles and Responsibilities :
Procure & Negotiate: Hustle daily for trucks, source open-market vehicles, and lock in the best competitive freight rates.
*Lead Logistics Operations* : Direct your team of Traffic Incharges to ensure seamless vehicle matchmaking, real-time tracking, and prompt POD/payment clearances.
*Expand the Supply Network:* Actively onboard new booking offices, broker networks, and fleet owners to scale operations.
*A People Leader* : Experience managing a ground-level team (Traffic Incharges/Coordinators) to hit operational targets.
The Master Communicator: Strong command over Tamil to handle regional operations, with enough Hindi to manage broader coordination.
