Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Service Department

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and service inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update service information in the system.
- Conduct customer feedback calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for smooth service operations.
- Remind customers about periodic maintenance and service due dates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
