Job Title: Sales Specialist – Office Partition Systems
Locations: Ahmedabad (2 Positions) | Mumbai (2 Positions)
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Specialists to drive business growth for our Office Partition Systems division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials sales, established relationships with architects and interior design consultants, and the ability to generate and convert project-based opportunities.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing organization, engage with leading architects and corporate clients, and contribute to the development of modern workspace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities for office partition systems and related workspace solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Generate project leads through architect networks, consultant interactions, and market outreach.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations for stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with design, operations, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track project pipelines, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of sales experience in building materials, interior products, architectural products, construction products, or related industries.
- Proven experience in project sales and business development.
- Strong interpersonal relationships with architects and interior designers are mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers and manage long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing or Sales) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines will also be considered.
