Human Resources
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding selected candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance management, leave administration, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, office supplies, travel, and maintenance.
- Manage office assets, stationery, and administrative budgets.
- Organize employee travel, accommodation, and logistics as required.
Foreigner Visa & FRRO Compliance
- Handle Employment Visa, Business Visa, and other visa-related documentation for foreign nationals.
- Coordinate FRRO registration, visa extension, residential permit renewal, and exit permit formalities.
- Liaise with FRRO, immigration authorities, embassies, and government departments.
- Maintain records of visa validity, passport details, and compliance timelines.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to immigration regulations.
- Assist foreign employees with relocation, documentation, and statutory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in HR Generalist and Administration functions.
- Proven experience in handling Foreigner Visa, FRRO registration, visa extensions, and immigration compliance.
- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
