Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Investment Banking topics including financial markets, banking operations, equity research, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial modeling, and financial analytics.
- Train students on tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
- Guide learners through real-world case studies, ensuring a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, ratio analysis, valuation techniques, and trade lifecycle.
- Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey, including assistance with capstone projects and career guidance.
- Leverage AI-based tools to simulate industry scenarios and enhance learning experiences.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical projects, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Job Qualification & Skill Set:
- Strong expertise in Investment Banking, including financial markets, equities, bonds, derivatives, M&A, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI for financial analytics.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Investment Banking or Finance domain, preferably with training or mentoring exposure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities with a learner-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in training or teaching Investment Banking, Financial Analysis, or M&A domains.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
