Job Summary
The Sales Manager / Customer Service Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional client experience while achieving clinic sales targets. This role involves converting consultations into treatments, handling client relationships, managing follow-ups, resolving concerns, coordinating with doctors and therapists, and driving revenue through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert consultations into treatment packages.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans based on doctor's consultation.
- Explain package benefits, pricing, EMI options, and offers.
- Cross-sell and upsell skin, hair, laser, weight loss, and wellness services.
- Maximize package upgrades and renewals.
- Maintain high conversion rates.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
