We are seeking a Entry Level (0-1 year candidate) to work with our engineering solar team on solar projects. Must be a self-starter, with strong team management, design, QC, and development experience.

Responsibilities
- Create solar PV system designs using CAD (site layouts, roof plans, structural sections, and electrical diagrams).
- Design solar systems for residential and commercial projects.
- Select and use Balance of System (BOS) components.
- Help improve and develop design tools.
- Manage team output and perform quality checks on designs.
Requirements
- Basic to strong knowledge of 2D CAD and electrical fundamentals.
- Experience with drafting, quality control, and team coordination.
- Understanding of solar panel design and system optimization.
- 0–1 year of solar design experience (freshers welcome).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and review drawings for quality.
