Job Title: Data Entry Quality Check (QC) Associate Department: Data Operations / Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / MIS Reports To: Data Manager / Quality Lead Employment Type: Full-time --- Job Summary We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry QC Associate to audit, verify, and correct data entered into our systems (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, databases). The primary role is to ensure entered data is accurate, complete, consistent, and error-free — by performing sampling checks, identifying defects, and driving corrections. This is not a data entry role; this is a quality assurance role for data. --- Key Responsibilities Audit & Sampling · Perform AQL-based (Acceptable Quality Limit) · Cross-verify entered data against source documents (invoices, forms, applications, handwritten sheets). · Identify and classify errors as critical, major, or minor using defined defect criteria.
