Software Engineer (0–3 Years Experience) – Full Stack Java Developer
Required Skills & Qualifications

0–3 years of hands-on experience in software development with React.js (Front-End) and Java (Back-End).

Strong understanding of Spring Boot and RESTful API development.

Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including exposure to AI Agents, OpenAI/LLM technologies, and Machine Learning fundamentals.

Strong Java React.js programming skills including object-oriented design, prototyping, development, testing, profiling, etc.

Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

Familiarity with in-memory caching technologies such as Redis and Memcached.

Understanding of relational databases, preferably Oracle, including SQL query optimization and database design.

Exposure to NoSQL databases, preferably Cassandra.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and related CI/CD tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
