Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best engineering practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

3–5 years of backend development experience.

Strong proficiency in Python or Scala.

Good understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.

Understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and distributed systems.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
