We are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance, ensure statutory compliance, manage litigation, and support the organization's business operations across all properties.
Job Summary
The Legal Advisor will be responsible for handling all legal matters related to the company, including drafting and reviewing agreements, litigation management, statutory compliance, labor laws, property matters, and providing legal support to management for day-to-day business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Advisory & Compliance
- Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, labor, and hospitality-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting the hospitality industry.
- Coordinate with external legal consultants and regulatory authorities.
Contract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, lease agreements, and service contracts.
- Ensure all legal documents adequately protect the company's interests.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all executed agreements.
Litigation & Dispute Management
- Handle civil, criminal, labor, consumer, and commercial litigation.
- Coordinate with advocates regarding ongoing court matters.
- Prepare legal notices, replies, affidavits, and legal documentation.
- Represent the company's legal interests before government authorities when required.
Employment & Labour Law
- Advise HR on labor laws, disciplinary matters, employment contracts, and employee disputes.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and statutory regulations.
- Support investigations related to employee misconduct and legal issues.
Property & Regulatory Matters
- Handle legal documentation related to hotel properties, land, licensing, registrations, and approvals.
- Coordinate with government departments for statutory permissions and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with local municipal, fire, environmental, and hospitality regulations.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain litigation records and legal case status reports.
- Prepare monthly legal compliance reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal documents and business information.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) – Mandatory.
- LL.M. or Company Secretary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
Experience Required
- 5–8 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, Corporate, or Commercial Law preferred.
- Experience in contract drafting, litigation management, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of hotel industry regulations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
