We are looking for a Visual & UI Designer who simply loves great design. This isn't a rigid, meeting-heavy corporate role. You will work independently to shape how our products look, establishing brand guidelines and building clean user interfaces.
We care about the final creative output and fully support the use of AI tools to move fast, brainstorm layouts, and generate assets. If you have an eye for clean typography and love minimalist layouts, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Design Great Interfaces: Draft clean, modern layouts for web apps and native iOS and Android mobile screens.
- Shape the Brand: Help define look-and-feel guidelines, color palettes, and font pairings that make a brand feel premium and intentional.
- Design Systems: Build and scale comprehensive design language systems and UI component libraries (primarily in Figma) that accommodate both web standards and mobile-specific design guidelines.
- Art Direction & Ideation: Bring a strong editorial point of view to tech projects. You will set the aesthetic direction, experimenting with typography pairs (e.g., modern serifs with clean sans-serifs), unique color theory, and minimalist layouts.
- Use AI to Speed Up: Leverage your favorite AI design tools to rapidly prototype, explore concepts, or create unique graphic elements.
- Developer Hand-off: Work with frontend and mobile engineering teams to ensure your designs, mobile screen flows, and system components are accurately translated into code.
What We Are Looking For
- A Portfolio You’re Proud Of: Show us some examples of web or mobile layouts where you nailed the visual vibe. We specifically love seeing clean layouts, good use of white space, andiOS or Android mobile screens.
- Good Design Taste: You have an eye for what looks good. You enjoy playing with fonts, choosing unique color schemes, and making sure everything looks cohesive.
- An Understanding of Design Systems: You know how to structure a Figma file with components and styles so it stays organized.
- Familiar with AI Tools: You are open to (or already use) AI tools to help speed up your workflow and spark creative ideas.
- Figma Savvy: Figma is your primary canvas for building UI.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
