Personal Assistant / Secretary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant/Secretary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calls, emails, messages, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, MOMs, and documents
- Travel with CEO for meetings, appointments, parties and social gatherings
- Coordinate with clients, business partners, and organizations
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential data
- Track bills, payments, and office expenses
- Support management during meetings, travel, and external events

- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexible for travel and extended schedules when required
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
- Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
