Job Summary:
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating attractive and engaging product displays to maximize sales and enhance the overall customer experience. The role involves maintaining brand standards, designing store layouts, and ensuring visual consistency across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative visual merchandising strategies
- Plan and execute window displays, in-store displays, and promotional setups
- Ensure store layout is visually appealing and customer-friendly
- Maintain brand standards and guidelines across all displays
- Coordinate with the sales team to align displays with sales targets
- Analyze sales performance and adjust displays accordingly
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product placement
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards
- Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
