Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings for plotted and layout development projects
- Develop subdivision layouts, road layouts, drainage plans, and site development drawings
- Prepare DTCP, CMDA, Panchayat, and approval submission drawings
- Study and verify Patta, Chitta, FMB sketches, survey maps, and land documents
- Interpret FMB drawings and coordinate with surveyors for boundary verification and measurements
- Ensure layouts comply with zoning regulations, setback norms, and development guidelines
- Coordinate with consultants, legal teams, and project teams for drawing updates and approvals
- Maintain drawing revisions, approval records, and technical documentation
- Support plotting calculations, area statements, and land planning activities
- Assist in site visits and preparation of as-built drawings when required
- Deliver accurate drawings within project timelines
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Knowledge of land documentation and layout development process
- Experience in plotted developments or township projects preferred
- Basic understanding of DTCP / CMDA approval process
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Draftsmanship, or related field preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
