Job Summary
RR TEX is looking for energetic and responsible Machine Operator Trainees to join our Production Team. The selected candidates will be trained in machine operation, production processes, quality standards, safety procedures, and basic machine maintenance.
After successful completion of the training period, candidates will have the opportunity to grow into a Machine Operator role based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the operation of assigned production machines.
- Assist senior machine operators during the production process.
- Load and handle raw materials as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper production output and maintain quality standards.
- Follow company safety rules and operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
- Assist in basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
- Record production details and report issues when required.
- Work effectively as part of the production team.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with basic knowledge or interest in machine operations and manufacturing will be preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in a factory/production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Experience: Freshers / Experienced Candidates
Salary: As per Company Standards and Candidate Performance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
