Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Management (GDA & Housekeeping):
- Supervise daily activities of GDA and housekeeping staff
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are maintained
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift allocations
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff
2. Hospital Operations Support:
- Ensure timely cleaning of wards, OPD, OT, and common areas
- Coordinate with nursing and administration teams for smooth operations
- Handle patient and attendant concerns related to housekeeping services
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and supplies
3. Local Purchase:
· Handle local purchase activities including sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement
· Maintain stock records and ensure timely availability of supplies
· Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements
· Monitor and control wastage and ensure cost-effective purchasing
· Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
· Resolve staff-related issues and maintain discipline
4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily reports of staff performance and activities
- Submit weekly/monthly reports on housekeeping work
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
