About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our growing e-commerce saree brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging social media content, planning creative campaigns, and managing social media platforms to increase customer engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop creative content ideas and write video scripts.
- Shoot product videos, lifestyle videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create trend-based content.
- Manage our social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and sales.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut AI to improve content creation and productivity.
- Create content that showcases our saree collections in a creative and engaging way.
- Brainstorm new ideas that help grow our social media presence and drive online sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in video shooting and content planning.
- Ability to write engaging video scripts.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for content creation.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Must own a personal laptop.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and social media growth.
- Ability to work independently and bring fresh creative ideas.
