Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Welder for our Material Testing Laboratory/Civil Department. The candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, and maintenance work related to testing equipment, structural samples, and other lab requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication work as per drawing/instructions.
- Handle arc welding, gas cutting, and grinding work safely.
- Repair and maintain lab testing fixtures, frames, and equipment.
- Assist in fabrication work for civil material testing setups.
- Ensure proper finishing and quality of welding work.
- Follow all safety standards and use PPE during work.
- Maintain tools and welding equipment properly.
- Support the technical team whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Arc Welding and Gas Cutting.
- Ability to read basic fabrication drawings.
- Experience in fabrication and repair work.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Basic understanding of civil/material testing support work preferred.
Qualification:
- ITI Welder or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of welding/fabrication experience.
Other Requirements:
- Physically fit and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Responsible and punctual in work.
Working Hours:
As per company/lab working schedule.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
