Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Finance Consultant to support, maintain, and enhance Oracle Financials modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Core Finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Intercompany Transactions, Taxation, Chart of Accounts (COA), and Subledger Accounting (SLA). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to provide functional support, issue resolution, process improvements, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Oracle ERP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Tax.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day application issues and user queries.
- Manage period-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Support Chart of Accounts (COA) design, maintenance, and governance.
- Configure and maintain Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and accounting methods.
- Assist in setup and maintenance of financial controls, accounting structures, and reporting requirements.
- Support taxation processes including GST, VAT, withholding taxes, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and data fixes.
- Perform impact analysis, testing, and validation for system changes and upgrades.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support audits and compliance-related activities.

- Experience in financial period close activities.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to perform functional configurations and setup activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
