We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and business correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business documents.
- Organize confidential files, contracts, and company records.
- Assist in planning business events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Technical teams on behalf of the CEO.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
