About the Role
Corpsford Private Limited is looking for confident, persuasive, and energetic Telecallers to join our growing team at the Gorakhpur branch.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective customers. Your primary objective will be to pitch our solar energy solutions over the phone, educate customers on available benefits, and book qualified site surveys for our on-ground field sales team to visit and close.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential customers across Gorakhpur and surrounding districts.
- Pitching & Education: Clearly explain the benefits of residential and commercial solar installations, including government subsidy schemes like the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
- Lead Generation & Scheduling: Qualify customer interest and schedule site visits for the field sales team.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update customer details, call outcomes, and scheduled visits in our daily reporting system or CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi.
- Sales Drive: A confident, polite, and persuasive voice with the ability to handle customer objections smoothly.
- Education: Minimum 10+2 / Intermediate (Graduates preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge to maintain call logs and track leads.
- Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome, though prior experience in BPO, tele-sales, or lead generation is highly preferred.
