HR Officer – Job Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documents.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee relations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
- Maintain statutory compliance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with showroom and department heads for manpower requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and submit them to management.
- Support disciplinary actions and employee exit formalities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations.
- Handle ESI and PF registration, enrollment, and monthly compliance activities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
