Job Summary
Saideep Packaging is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, inventory management, and production supervision. Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and experience in the foam fabrication or packaging industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Generate GST invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate with the production team and supervise daily operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding accounts and deliveries.
- Support management in administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Supervisory roles.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the foam fabrication or packaging industry is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
