- Supervise and execute finishing works including plaster, paint, tile, stone, false ceiling, waterproofing, and related activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site execution.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
- Conduct quality checks and rectify defects/snag points.
- Maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper housekeeping at the work site.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in finishing works of multi-storey/high-rise building projects.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, quality standards, and site execution.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
