Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Benefits (Mandatory), Compensation
Configure workforce structures, jobs, positions, grades, locations, and security
Configure benefits programs, plans, options, rates, eligibility profiles, and life events
Configure compensation plans, budgets, awards, and eligibility rules
Gather business requirements and create functional design and configuration documents
Support CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post–go-live stabilization
Provide L2/L3 production support and manage Oracle quarterly release impacts
Support HDL data loads, integrations, and reporting requirements
